Data you fill in yourself: first name, e-mail address, country, product interest and site language.

Technical data tied to the form submission: a hash of your IP address, the referring page, campaign parameters (UTM) and the time the reservation was confirmed.

We do not process phone numbers. Payment details will only be needed when you pay before shipping.

Handling the reservation and communicating about the pre-sale: performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering into one.

Sending information about the launch: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Protecting the form against spam and abuse with Cloudflare Turnstile: our legitimate interest in running the site safely.

We keep the data until the reservation is cancelled or the consent withdrawn.

The maximum retention is 3 years from your last activity. After that we delete it.

Hosting and database: Railway, with servers in the European Union.

E-mail delivery: Resend.

Site protection and content delivery: Cloudflare.

We never sell personal data and never pass it to third parties for their own marketing.

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object to processing and to withdraw consent at any time.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
