These terms cover the pre-sale of the FRED SKARN Instinct 274 and Aura 254 perfumes, 50 ml, at 99 EUR including VAT.

A reservation is a non-binding registration of interest. You pay nothing up front and the reservation does not oblige you to buy.

The purchase contract is concluded only when we confirm your order and you pay the price before shipping.

You complete a reservation by filling in the form and clicking the confirmation link in the e-mail we send you. Without that confirmation no reservation exists.

You can cancel a reservation at any time using the link in any of our e-mails or by writing to info@fredskarn.com. Cancellation is immediate and free of charge.

The price of 99 EUR including VAT is guaranteed for first series reservations for the whole pre-sale period.

Payment is made by card or bank transfer before shipping, based on a payment request sent to you by e-mail.

We do not offer cash on delivery.

We cover shipping within the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The parcel is packed discreetly, with no logo and no description of the contents.

We ship after the pre-sale closes. The order of dispatch follows the date and time of each confirmed reservation.

We will inform you about the shipping date by e-mail well in advance.

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, even if the bottle has been opened. Sending an e-mail to info@fredskarn.com is enough.

We refund the money within 5 business days of the returned goods reaching us, using the same method you paid with.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

The goods carry a 24 month warranty. File a complaint by e-mail at info@fredskarn.com, describing the defect and attaching the proof of purchase.

We settle every complaint within 30 days of it being filed.

The product is intended for people over 18. By submitting a reservation you confirm that you are 18 or older.

The body competent for out of court resolution of consumer disputes is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, coi.cz.

Before filing such a proposal, please write to us at info@fredskarn.com. Most situations we settle directly.

Matters not covered by these terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act.

We may change these terms. Each reservation is governed by the wording in force on the day it was confirmed. We inform you about material changes by e-mail.
